Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping
All products are shipped via FEDEX. Delivery should be expected within 7 - 14 working days. We make every attempt to ship your package within 48 hours of receipt of payment, Monday - Friday. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please make sure that you list a valid street address for delivery. We will make every effort to inform you of any back orders and provide an estimated ship date. Items that are ordered at the same time are not always shipped together due to product availability. In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged we will assist in filing an insurance claim with the courier.

IMPORTANT!
Please check for damage to the packaging on arrival.
Convex Security Mirrors must be notified within 7 days of arrival of goods to be eligible for a claim.

 

Returns
To return a product, just send us an email or give us a call within 30 days of purchase. You may return any non-clearance, non-custom item and choose between an exchange, a refund to your credit card less shipping and a 25% restock fee, or a store credit for 100% of the purchase price less shipping.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Prior authorization required prior to any return. You will be sent a form either via email or fax with an RMA number. Once a RMA has been issued, product must be received by us within 2 weeks of the date of issue or it will be void. Merchandise must be in new unused condition with the protective film intact to qualify for either credit or exchange. If the protective film has been removed, we cannot accept it for return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for all non-defective returns.

Any "Free with purchase" items must also be returned with the purchased item or customer will be charged the current market value for that item.
Custom orders are non-returnable.

We all make mistakes. If we send you the wrong item or if the item is damaged in shipment, just let us know and we'll fix the problem right away at no additional cost to you.
